A Young Yellow Wollywog is an enemy encountered in Hey! Pikmin. They are immature Yellow Wollywogs, in the stage between Wogpole and adult. They aren't yet capable of hovering in the air while jumping, but can still crush Pikmin upon landing.

"This would seem to be the intermediate stage between a Wogpole and a Yellow Wollywog. I asked my daughter if she wants to be a pilot like me when she grows up, and she said, "No! I want to be a boss, like Mommy!" Which is fair."
Battle Strategy[]

When found on land, it's very easy to avoid getting hurt by these creatures, but when swimming, they will kill a Pikmin on contact, so keep your distance. Like most enemies in this game, they will die in one hit, so just toss a Pikmin at one to take it out.
